Description (2950 characters max)
I am a therapist who helps individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions with clarity, resilience, and compassion. My style is collaborative and curious, grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by a deep respect for each client’s unique story. I believe therapy is not about fixing people, but about creating space to discover what is possible when we feel seen, supported, and understood.

I bring a dual professional background as both a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and a professional musician who has performed at the highest level. This unique perspective allows me to connect especially well with clients who face performance anxiety, self-doubt, or high-pressure environments. I understand how anxiety can show up in moments that matter most, and I work with clients to transform that stress into presence, confidence, and authentic expression.

In my work with couples, I help partners break free from painful patterns—such as the pursuer-distancer dynamic—and find new ways to listen, respond, and reconnect. I draw from emotionally focused therapy, relational life therapy, and attachment-based frameworks to guide couples toward deeper trust and intimacy. I also support individuals working through attachment injuries, family-of-origin issues, and the ongoing impact these experiences have on relationships today.

When working with anxiety—whether related to relationships, identity, or performance—I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and cognitive-behavioral tools. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior, and we experiment with new strategies for managing stress, regulating emotions, and finding balance.

My clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and direct. I offer both compassion and challenge: I will sit with you in difficult emotions while also inviting you to explore new perspectives and possibilities. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

I provide therapy exclusively through secure virtual sessions, so clients can access support from the comfort and privacy of their own space. My practice is fully inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ clients, people in diverse relationships, and those from marginalized communities. I am sex-positive, experienced working with queer and gender-diverse clients, and committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment for exploration and growth.

Whether you are struggling with relationship conflict, feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, or seeking tools to thrive under pressure, therapy can be a place of discovery and transformation. Together, we can chart a path toward greater resilience, deeper connection, and meaningful change.
